Congratulations to 67-year-old Paul Catt!
They say Catt chose to receive the winnings in a one-time, lump-sum payment in the amount of $832,449.66.
He purchased his winning Scratch-Off ticket at Stop N Pick, located at 4240 W. Cortez Road West in Bradenton.
