About Us
Welcome to Tropic Isles Co-Op, Yacht Club, and Marina; a resident owned 55+ Waterfront Community on Terra Ceia Bay. Miles of Seawalls, 3 navigable Basins and 4 Canals open to Terra Ceia Bay. No Bridges between here and the Gulf of Mexico. We are a Not-For-Profit Corporation. We own and operate our own Bait Shop and Marina which features Ethanol Free Marine Gas, bait, tackle, snacks, beverages and Ice Cold Beer! Our Boat Ramp is free to our residents and open to the public. Boat Slips are available for lease to the public as well as residents. Stop in and visit with our Marina Staff; Jerry, Jerry and Hank or call them at 941-729-8128. Current hours are 7AM to 5PM, 7 days a week.
Other amenities available to residents include a swimming pool and an in-ground Hot-Tub / Spa, two Clubhouses, a Fitness Center, Library, Shuffleboard, Darts...and too many community activities to name!
